Competitor Dress Code

Nice shirt, jeans, belt, riding boots & Helmet- You do not need to spend a bunch of money on this, Come looking put together should be a little more effort then your daily dress for class. 

 

Ride Times

Each rider is assigned a particular ride time. You should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your listed time.  The group you are riding with is the group you are competing against. We have spent a lot of time and consideration trying to put the right skills together with the students we had sign up for the show.

Saddling & Tack

Horse Owners will be responsible for tacking their horse. Saddle Owners check in with Gina. All other competitors will have the horses saddled for them Gina will be running Barn, Saddle, and Horse Prep for ALL Classes. 

​

ONLY saddling competitors & necessary parents will be permitted in the barn.

NO SPECTATORS IN BARN PLEASE.

PARKING UPDATE FOR SATURDAY 

​

Due to the amount of rain we’ve already gotten, along with more rain coming, we may not be parking in the grass for the show.

​​

Lets park in the gravel area first, and if needed then overflow into the grass.

​

If at all possible, PLEASE CARPOOL! The fewer cars we have to find parking for, the easier it will be for everyone.

​

Spectators

UPDATE FOR SATURDAY:

​

With the forecasted rain, we will be fully inside and using only the arena deck area for spectators.

​

PLEASE LEAVE ALL UMBRELLAS AND PONCHOS AT HOME. Rain gear opening, flapping, or being shaken out can scare the horses. Please make sure your guests know this too!

​

This is your day to bring friends and family to watch — admission is FREE!

​

Seating/chairs on the arena deck are limited for each rider’s group, so please be mindful of space.

​

Cheering your rider on is encouraged! You may also help them with verbal cues for their patterns from the deck.

​

If bringing small children, please help us keep screaming or sudden loud noises to a minimum around the arena so we don’t startle the horses.

​

We’re excited to have everyone out for a fun show day!

Footwear 

Remind your guests to wear CLOSED TOED SHOES, sandals are not permitted around the horses for your safety.

​

Dogs / Pets

NO DOGS - The only dogs on property the day of the show will be the resident dogs. Rusty Scooter & Cowgirl.

We will be offering Horses and Harvest Sweatshirts

You can also always purchase from our website also we will try our best to have it for you the day of the event. This also makes it easier for us to get the correct size for you !!
