Workshops at Runaway Ranch are special riding events held outside of regular weekly lessons.
They’re your chance to get extra saddle time, try something new, and grow your skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Don’t own a horse? No problem — that’s exactly who these are designed for.

Whether you just finished orientation or you’ve been riding for years, workshops are tailored to meet you where you're at. We design every session with flexibility, so everyone learns something new and feels successful.

Length: 2.5 to 3 hours

Focus: Hands-on riding, skill-building drills, team activities, and a whole lot of fun

Every workshop and event at Runaway Ranch is created with one big goal in mind:
To give you memorable, real-life horse experiences that help you grow — not just as a rider, but as a true horse person.
Can we Bring Spectators ?
Yes — but only for the last 20 minutes of the workshop. This is a learning environment, not a show, so we ask that any of your spectators who wish to come only arrive for the final 20 minutes. When too many people gather on the deck, it becomes loud and distracting for the riders and instructors. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a focused space for learning.
