We are so excited for this year’s event and can't wait to share the day with you all. We really encourage you to sign up and don’t be shy as we know you'll have a great time riding, supporting us, and meeting new friends. This is our biggest event of the year and so much fun to bring along family and friends to see what you do ! We carefully create like skilled groups so everyone has similar skill levels no matter how new or experienced you are. Your participation not only gives you some great memories and experience, but also helps support us to fund new and fun things throughout the yearfor the barn and horses. Being a Private event with with assigned riding times, you also don’t have to worry about riding in front of a large crowd as usually it’s just your small group and families cheering you on, so go Sign up, C’mon out, Bring the family, and have some fun!

Runaway Ranch Rodeo High Point Buckle Awards​
Click the link above for more information on how we are running the Buckles this year. This is different from years past. It will be based on Time, Not Placings.

Competitor Dress Code
Button down shirt, jeans, belt, riding boots & Helmet- You do not need to spend a bunch of money on this, Come looking put together should be a little more effort then your daily dress for class.
Ride Times
Each rider is assigned a particular ride time. You should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your listed time. The group you are riding with is the group you are competing against. We have spent a lot of time and consideration trying to put the right skills together with the students we had sign up for the show.

Saddling & Tack
Horse Owners will be responsible for tacking their horse. Saddle Owners check in w Stephanie VanBuren. All other competitors will have the horses saddled for them. Stephanie Van Buren & Stefanie Mueller will be running Barn, Saddle, and Horse Prep for ALL Classes.

ONLY saddling competitors & necessary parents will be permitted in the barn.
NO SPECTATORS IN BARN PLEASE.

​​​​​Parking
Front of the barn is for Handicap only - Grass Field West of our house is for parking. Please limit parking in the gravel lot for Elderly and Special needs only.

Spectators
This is your day to bring your friends and family to watch. Admission is FREE. Seating / chairs are limited for each group on the arena Deck. You may cheer your rider on and help them with verbal cues pertaining patterns, as well as cheering. Please keep small children quiet with screaming etc. Please remind guests to leave UMBRELLA's at home (they will scare the horses)
Footwear
Remind your guests to wear CLOSED TOED SHOES, sandals are not permitted around the horses for your safety reasons.

Dogs / Pets
NO DOGS - The only dogs on property the day of the show will be the resident dogs. Rusty Scooter & Boone.
Food
We will be serving Hotdogs and Hamburgers / Cheeseburgers and a variety of other snack items and drinks.

We will be offering Ranch Rodeo T shirts & Hoodies
You can also always purchase from our website also we will try our best to have it for you the day of the event. This also makes it easier for us to get the correct size for you !!
